We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel any orders or ban any user that we suspect might have aided by browser automation, or a reservation service.

All content of our website including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is property of The Lost and Found Collection and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may electronically copy and print hard copies of pages from this web site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to placing an order or shopping with Thelostandfoundcollection.com.  Any other use of our web site,content, logos, images, or information contained therein, including reproduction and internet links, is strictly prohibited without our prior written permission.

All sale item purchases are final, no exceptions.  For all non-sale items, returns must be made within 7 days of arrival accompanied by the original packing slip in new/unworn condition with tags.  The Lost and Found Collection will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number.  Please include your (I-#####) along with a brief description of your issue.

Please contact orders@thelostandfoundcollection.com for all order and return inquiries.  Return shipping is non-refundable. Packages returned to The Lost and Found Collection are subject to an $8 restocking fee.

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.  Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled.

Shipping rates are as follows:
Continental USA - $10
Hawaii & Alaska - $25

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally other than to Canada. We cannot ship to APO, FPO, DPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. Multiple orders cannot be combined after they are created.

We do not offer signature confirmation. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

All sale items, discounted and promotional merchandise, including sales in which any discount/promo codes are used are FINAL SALE and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged.

If you wish to exchange an item, you have to return the item and make a new purchase online. The Lost and Found Collection will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Please include your (Invoice #) along with a brief description of your issue.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.

Merchandise availability on Thelostandfoundcollection.com is subject to change.

To stay informed of promotions and new arrivals, register to receive our newsletter when creating an account. If an order is placed and an item is out of stock, we will automatically refund your original payment method and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.

Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California.
